Rayya Wellness invites families to a revitalizing and creative morning at the Mommy & Me Yoga Art Breakfast on the 28th of April. Held at the tranquil setting of The Retreat Palm Dubai MGallery by Sofitel, this event promises a delightful blend of wellness activities designed for parents and children alike.
The event kicks off at 8:00 am with a special Parent & Child Yoga Class, providing an opportunity for families to connect and have fun together in a serene environment. Led by experienced instructors, this yoga session aims to foster mindfulness and strengthen the parent-child bond through gentle movements and relaxation techniques.
Following the yoga session, from 9:15 am to 12:00 pm, participants will immerse themselves in Canvas Painting Workshop facilitated by Fosca Art. Children aged 5 and above, along with their parents, will have the chance to unleash their creativity and express themselves through the vibrant art of mandala painting. Guided by skilled artists, families will explore the therapeutic benefits of art while creating beautiful masterpieces to cherish.
Complementing the morning activities, a delicious breakfast will be served, ensuring participants are fueled for a morning of relaxation, creativity, and connection.
